Early morning and a gloomy day

朝５：３０出発でした。

小さい山までに行って、西に向かいました。
暗いでした。

夜明けは東からと覚えました。

三脚の準備をして、Timelapse撮影を始めようと思いました。
５０分が経ちました。
山の近所のおじいさんとおばあさんと話しました。

約１３０分が経ちました。寒いです。
今日の夜明けはそんなにきれいではない。
Timelapse撮影は失敗でした。

諦めました。
ブラブラし始めました。
寒くて、マックに行きました。

暗くなってきました。雨も降ってきました。
町の写真を撮りました。

豚まんを買ってきて、帰りました。
参加した映画の打ち上げの時間を待っています。

Got up early today to try and take a time lapse of the dawn.
It didn't work out too well lol

So I just left the mountain where I was waiting at and took photos around Kyoto.
Good times! Although the weather could have been better... haha

先輩とベイマックスを観に行った！

久しぶりに3Dで英語なしで映画を観た！（笑）
楽しかった～

すごーい映画じゃなかったけど、好きだった！

サバゲー

昨日大原のサバゲーのフィルドに行った。
ほんまに寒くて、雪が降ってきた。
その雰囲気はすごかったー！
でも残念ながら、昼間になって雪が解けたー

ジェイは色々場違いだった

結婚したばっかり夫婦のバーベキュー・サバゲー・パーティみたいなイベントだった。
皆は知り合いだそうだった。全然関係ない人として参加した気がする。（笑）

ジェイは京都造形大チームの代表（新チームだし一人で来たし）
大学生はなかった。社会人が多かった！

ほとんどの人の迷彩に対して、森に似合った。
ジェイは白くて、スノー系だった。
もうちょっとシティっぽいなフィルドに行くと思ったー！（笑）

未経験者じゃないけど、ベテランが多かった。
目立っていたジェイ（白）とＳＷＡＴ系な人（黒）はずっと同じチームで、
一緒に動いて行動して、一緒に撃ったれちゃう。
見やすいコンビだった。（笑）

持ってきた銃が寒くて、たまに動けなかった。
でも、その結婚したばっかりリーダーさんは優しくて高級な銃を借りてくれた。
その先輩みたいな人たちは今回で最後らしいだし。私もあまり関係ない人だけど、ちょっと悲しくなった。
あまり写真を取れなかったけど、楽しかった！次回にも楽しみ！

インターステラー

映画学科なのに、最近、映画をあまり観に行ってない。
でも、学科の友達はIMAXで映画を観たくて観たくてって、箕面の１０９シネマまで行ってしまった。
インタステラー観に行った。結構好きだった。

それと、今朝に駅弁を買ってしまった。
込んでいる地下鉄の中で食べたけど。（笑）

Rainy Saturday

雨でも、撮影の練習だった。
それに、役者としての稽古もあった。
セリフは大変だけど、頑張るしかないな！
いやっ、頑張って楽しむ！
本番は２週間後！
おう！
これから、毎週の土日はモデルか映画撮影がある。
でも、余裕はまだまだあるー

Write and go

I Haven’t written any longish things in English for some time now so I’ll sit down, relax, and just write. Hmm, what did I do today?


After a long day of class I got on my bike and rushed over to two 100¥ shops to grab some Halloween decorations for the Halloween party at my house tomorrow.
Unfortunately there wasn't much left for sale. It’s going to be a sad party.

Christmas goods have been being sold since last last week.
So I headed over to the train-bus-station-mall place that I'm quite fond of and ordered a green tea latte and two chocolate croissants at one of my favorite coffee shops.

Rather than sitting down on a comfy chair in the nicely decorated shop (which was not crowded at all)
I went outside to sit in the public space with normal chairs and tables lol. There was no one else there at the time.

While a sat with my latte and sweets, a young boy perhaps around 9 drinking a small "Yakult" yogurt drink passed by for a moment looking at me.
He gave me a curious look and left shortly after, leaving me to my solitary peace once again.
I sat for a while and a well dress woman probably around her 30s sat down in the table beside me and fixed her heels (which did look quite uncomfortable).
I ate one of my chocolate croissants, it was still warm and oh so delicious.
That young boy then came back, giving me that look again.
He finished his tiny drink and sat in the table beside me, glancing towards me now and then, pretending not to notice when I looked back.
Perhaps I was like him back in the day.
I felt old, drinking the latte from the fancy cafe.
He just drank his tiny yogurt drink (which in no worse than what I was drinking, those things are awesome!)
But yeah, I felt old.

We, us three, sat down minding our own business.
The kid sitting down, humming some tunes of some sort.
The woman sitting now talking with one of her friends on the phone.
And me just sitting, eating that last croissant, and sipping that latte (which wasn't all that good to be honest lol).

A few minutes passed, and the woman left her seat and ran over to meet her friend, still visible in the corner of my eye.
The kid probably got bored so he also left his seat and sneakily walked over to a nearby plant pot, where he placed the empty bottle of his yogurt drink.
He walked away as if nothing happened and when he passed by me he did a weird gesture and same part of a theme song of a popular kids anime and ran away laughing.
Probably something I'd do as well if I were his age lol...

I finished my chocolatey snacks and my latte was half done now.
Up to this point, in the 7 minutes I have been writing and many people have come and gone.
A bunch of school boys and girls, grandpas and grandmas have passed by my table.
There were quite a few foreigners eating at the burger place a cross from me.

Yeah it feels like I'm in Japan.

And now, it's time to go back to the school campus for a meeting for a movie I'm currently working on.

無題

ほんまに寂しい三日間だったぁー
色んな人を誘っても、「むりむりむり忙しい」って答えて、むりばかりって何か。。。うううううぅ
ちぇー！でもそんなときもあるね。。まあ。。（笑）

（金）学校が終わって、ぼっちでラーメン屋に行って、ミスドに行って、ドナーツ食べながら星を見た。夜１時ぐらい帰って、まだ腹が立ってキントレしてしまった。（笑）

（土）ついにソファベッドが来た！届ける時間は早いから、モデルの練習行けなかった。ちょっと悔しい。それで一人でジョッギングして、寿司を食べて、まだむかつくで家に帰って筋トレしてしまった。

（日）朝先輩の作品でエキストラとして参加した。終わったら、まだ一人でイオンに行っちゃって、好きなレストランとか服の店に行って、食べて、新しいジャケット買ってしまった。

さよなら、先月のバイト代！

一人で楽しめる。でもやはり誰かと時間を過ごしたいー

誕生日！

今日は友達の誕生日だった！
Happy Birthday!

久しぶりにこの二人と遊んで、美味しいものを食べて、スタバを飲んで、タクシーで帰った。
で、初めて一日でコンタクトを使った。

朝９時から１９：３０時学校で頑張って、疲れたけど、そのあとちょっと遊んで、めっちゃ楽しかった！
良い感じ～☆

初めてこんなでかいパフェを食べた！

今日は数時間のモデル撮影練習が終わって、すぐあとこの店に行った。
映画の会議やと思ったけど、友達の失恋パーティみたいなやつやった。。笑

人数が苦手やけどー
まあ、楽しかった！！笑
美味しかった！

ところで、歩いて帰り中で星をまあまあ見えた。
何か懐かしい！
いつか愛されたいなぁ〜(T_T)ははは

会議

今日はやっと余裕ができて、大先輩の映画の会議に参加した。

３０万～予算があって、遊びじゃないぐらい映画だそうだ。

スタッフとして、私が元々撮照部に入ったが、残念なことで録音部に入らせた。
（興味的に俳優、撮影、録音、編集、美術をやりたい）

会議室に入ると、人は意外と少なかった。
でも、美術担当さんに挨拶されて、他の人が来るまでめっちゃ話した。
美術担当さんはめっちゃ可愛くて、面白い人やー！（笑）
それと、本当は知り合いだったと気付いた！
同じ学科なのに、学科の所で全然見たことない。
でも、その人は私のことを覚えてくれて、何かうれしい～！

会議中で、監督は私をずっと見ていて、ついに、話しかけられて、「ジェイは俳優もできますか？」って聞いて、俳優として出演することになった！

それからー！
結局、俳優で出演、録音部と（たまに）撮照部にも入っています。

So today I participated in a meeting for a Movie that one of my seniors is currently planning.

It has a 3000$~ Budget so it’s not just something for fun.

At first they asked me to work for the Camera/Lighting group of the production.

Then they told me to enter the Sound/Recording group instead.

In order of what I like and what I can do it’s:

(Actor, Camera, Sound/Recording, Editing, Art/Effects)

So when I entered the conference room, there were only a few people, and I was greeted by the Art/Effects manager and we talked for a while. (until the other members arrived)

Turns out she knew me from last year because she went to Badminton a few times. At that point I remembered her. (she’s really cute by the way lol)

Even though she’s in the same department as me, I’ve never seen her around.

Anyways, the meeting continued and the Director was looking at me a lot.

He then asked me if I could take the role of one of the characters we haven’t casted yet because I really fit the role. So without hesitation I took it. (of course)

So now I am an actor, doing Sound/Recording when I’m not acting, and helping with the Camera/Lighting every once in a while. Plus I get to work with that cute girl haha.

Should be fun!

新しい友達

新しい友達ができたー（笑）
かわいい過ぎる～愛してるるるる！

最近、ジェイは意外と疲れやすい！
散歩中、５００ｍぐらいでも、休憩したくなる！（休憩しないけど、したくなるよ！笑）

毎日少しずつ家の掃除していて、何か目がすごく赤くなった。
 埃のせいやで！
毎日、赤目でジェイは何か怖いと言われる。ははー
少なくとも、家はだいぶきれいになった！
なのでー、パーティーしようかなー！

HALLOWEENのことめっちゃ考えている！
コスプレするかな。。。
他の人のHALLOWEENパーティーは結構ありそうし！
カナダと違う雰囲気けど、楽しみ！

１０月アップデート

 最近のジェイは

ねぶたが終わって、ちょっと余裕を得ました。
それで、久しぶりに筋トレや料理などの時間ができましたー！
でも、それ以外、普段、授業で忙しくて、家に帰ってすぐ寝ちゃいますー！
授業でめっちゃ褒められていて、やる気がすごいですよー！（笑）

今月、撮影が結構あります！（学生作品）
でも、私は映る方ではなくて、製作の方でやっていきます！
（一回、エキストラとしてやる以外）
それで、初めて撮照部に入ります！ワクワクしています～☆
おほほほ～（笑）

来週、ＵＳＪに行きます！
あまり知らない人たち、あるいは他のクラス（１年生のねぶたプロジェクトのクラス）と一緒に行くみたいです。
まあ、大人数が嫌いけど、今回１０人ぐらいで行き、他の人によりそれはまだまだ少ないかもしれないけどー、ちょーっと楽しみです！

So I've been quite busy these days with classes and working on some student movies.
It's my first time working in the Camera/Lighting department of the Production groups so it's a fun new experience for me.
Other than that, I'll be heading over to Universal Studios Japan next weekend, should be fun!
Oh and the photos are of some of the goodies I've been into lately haha...

学園祭

今朝のライブに来てくれた、ほんまにありがとう！
途中声がなくなって、声が小さくなった。
失敗が結構あったけど、誰も気づいてない気がした。（笑）

最近、毎日練習とかで声を使っていて、壊れちゃった。
でも、それ以外、めっちゃ楽しかった！

今年は初めて学園祭に参加した。
お化け屋敷とお笑い舞台は特に良かった！

来年も頑張ろうー

So the School Festival ended yesterday. Overall it was great!
I really enjoyed the Haunted House and Comedic performances.
As for my band, we did... Okay? lol
Could have gone better, especially during "Can't Stop". Even though I practiced and memorized the lyrics, I lost my voice, zoned out and got lost with the words lol.
It was fun though!

客さんを見えないけど、結構おった！
びっくりした！
前の出演したバンドに比べると４倍だった！
（前のバンドの方がうまいけど～笑）

疲れた顔。
ライブが終わった顔。
昨晩ワクワクし過ぎて寝られなかった顔。（笑）
